1.Q: If quantity of the order is very small, like 10-50 pcs per style per color, could you accept it ?

    A: Yes, we can do it, if we have enough stock yarn for your order. However, the price will be raised from 15%  to 30%。

2.Q: How long will you get the sample from us?

    A:  For new clients,after you paid the cost of samples, you'll get our our sample from 7-14 days.

3. Q:What's available courier service?

     A: They are UPS,FEDEX,DHL,TNT,EMS(Express Mail Service)

4. Q:How to pay the cost of samples?

    A:You can use Western Union,T/T,Paypal....etc

5. Q:If the product isn't consistent with the website, how to solve it?

A: If the products are detective with the describing words of the seller, don't worry, we will accept custom's exchange, return unconditionally.We believe that our customs are not only satisfied with our products, but also content with our service！
